Step 1: After consultation, our staff will confirm the following order details with you:

– Shipping address;
– Order value and shipping fee (if applicable).

Step 4: Once your payment has been successfully verified, we will process your order and arrange shipment as soon as possible.
Please note that:
Customers may request a size or colour exchange within 7 days from the date of successful delivery, provided that:
– The product remains in its original condition with all tags attached;
– The product has not been used;
– The product has not been washed, ironed, or otherwise altered.
If you change your mind after receiving and checking the products, please pay for the round-trip shipping costs associated with the exchange.
We do not accept returns for refunds. Please review your order carefully before making a purchase.
