Scope of Application
This policy applies to all provinces and cities nationwide.
Delivery cost
The delivery charge is automatically calculated by delivery agent based on the delivery address provided by the customer.
Delivery time
Orders will be processed and shipped as soon as they have been confirmed and completed.
- Ho Chi Minh City: Delivery is expected within 1–2 working days (holidays excluded).
- Other provinces and cities: Delivery is expected within 3–5 business days after order confirmation (weekends and holidays excluded). Please note that delivery times may vary depending on product availability, weather conditions, transportation circumstances, or other unforeseen factors.
Delivery Methods
- For customers in distant provinces: Delivery via shipping service providers.
- For customers in urban and suburban areas: Delivery via shipping service providers.
- Responsibilities of the Merchant and Logistics Service Providers Regarding Shipping Documents
- The delivery service agent is responsible for providing shipping documents during the delivery process.
- NINA SAIGON is responsible for providing accurate product-related documents to the logistics service agent and the recipient.
- All orders are securely packaged and sealed by NINA SAIGON before shipment.
- The delivery service agent is responsible only for transporting goods under the principle of “sealed and intact packages” and must provide a delivery note containing information such as: recipient’s name, phone number, delivery address…
- The delivery service agent has the right and responsibility to provide invoices to state authorities upon request.
- All packages clearly display the recipient’s name, phone number, and delivery address.
- To ensure product authenticity and safety, NINA SAIGON will include a valid sales receipt with the shipment (if applicable).
Receiving & Checking product
For products packed and handed over to the delivery agent by NINA SAIGON, customers are advised to check the following before accepting delivery:
- The package is intact and shows no signs of damage, tearing, or tampering.
- The package seal remains intact and matches the recipient’s information.
- The purchase invoice is included (if applicable).
Please check the package carefully before accepting delivery. If the package appears to have been opened, damaged, or tampered with, you should take photos of the package condition and ask the delivery staff to check the contents before accepting the shipment to limit potential risks and ensures your order is delivered correctly.
