All packages clearly display the recipient’s name, phone number, and delivery address.
To ensure product authenticity and safety, Ninasaigon.com will include a valid sales receipt with the shipment (if applicable). After customer confirmation, an electronic invoice will be issued and sent to the customer’s provided email address.
Financial invoices or sales receipts serve as the basis for handling complaints, such as determining the market value of goods and ensuring lawful circulation of products.
Upon receiving the package, customers have the right to request the delivery staff to open the package for inspection before accepting the goods.
If the delivered product is incorrect compared to the order, customers have the right to return the product and refuse payment.
If payment has already been made and the delivered product is incorrect, customers may request a refund or a replacement as originally ordered.
