RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY 

1. Scope of Application

Nina Saigon accepts returns and exchanges within twelve (12) hours from the time the customer receives the product, applicable only to the following cases:

  • The product is damaged during transportation; or

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

2. Conditions for Return and Exchange

  • Return/Exchange request period: Within seven (7) days from the date the customer submits a return or exchange request.

  • Product condition requirements:

    • The product must remain unused;

    • Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact and undamaged.

  • Exchange limitation: Each product is eligible for one (1) exchange only.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that exceed the permitted return/exchange period;

  • Products that do not present defects caused by the shipping carrier or the manufacturer.

3. Orders Not Yet Delivered

For orders that have not yet been delivered, customers may contact Nina Saigon to negotiate a change to another product, subject to mutual agreement.

4. Orders Already Delivered

a. Defective Products

  • Upon receipt of the product, customers are responsible for verifying that the item matches the order in terms of design, color, and size.

  • In the event that a defect is determined to be caused by Nina Saigon:

    • Nina Saigon shall provide a replacement product;

    • All related shipping costs shall be borne by Nina Saigon.

  • If the defect is determined to be caused by the customer:

    • Nina Saigon reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange.

  • If the customer requests an exchange for a different product:

    • The customer shall bear all additional costs, including shipping fees and any price differences;

    • Any applicable price difference shall be subject to agreement between the customer and Nina Saigon.

b. Non-Defective Products

In cases where the product is delivered in proper condition but the customer wishes to exchange it for personal reasons:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact;

  • The product must not be custom-made or produced according to the customer’s specific design or size requirements;

  • All costs incurred, including shipping fees and any price differences, shall be borne by the customer.
