Refund and Returns

Scope of Application

This policy applies only to requests for exchanges to a different size, color, or style with the same or lower value than the original item purchased. Refunds and return-for-refund requests are not eligible under this policy.

Conditions for Return and Exchange

Return/Exchange request period:

Products must be returned or exchanged within seven (7) days from the date the return or exchange request is submitted.

Product condition requirements:

The product must be returned with its original packaging, tags, and labels intact.

Exchange limitation:

Each product is eligible for exchange or return only once.

Non-Eligible Products:

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

– Products submitted after the return/exchange period has expired;

– Products that are not defective due to manufacturing faults or damage caused during shipping.

For Delivered Orders

Defective Products

Upon delivery, customers are requested to check the product to ensure it matches the order in terms of style, colour, size, and specifications.

If the product is found to be defective due to our error or a manufacturing defect, customers may request a replacement product. In such cases, the shipping cost for the exchange will be covered by us.

If the product is damaged or defective due to customer misuse, we will not be responsible for any exchange or replacement.

If a customer wishes to exchange a product for reasons other than a defect, additional charges may apply, including exchange processing fees and shipping costs. Any price difference between the original product and the replacement product will be determined based on the specific item and mutual agreement between both parties.

Non-Defective Products

If a customer wishes to exchange a product after delivery for personal reasons (e.g., preference for a different product), the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and remain in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • The product must not be a custom-made or made-to-order item produced according to the customer’s requested design, specifications, or size.
  • All associated costs, including shipping fees, return shipping fees, storage fees, and any other related charges, shall be charged by the customer.
